Fun is limitless even in the small apartment. Enough about the obvious, here is the problem that I encountered:
After about 7 flies the copter wouldn't lift off because gears wouldn't connect. Luckily manufacturers didn't seal tight the mechanism and I was able to open the body and move the motor's gear in correct position.
PS: I made a long exposure picture of my copter flying through the room, see the customer' image.
