I'm a big RC helicopter fan and was excited to try using my iPhone as a controller. Unfortunately the helicopter would not charge out of the box. On it's first flight it was the most stable 3ch I've ever flown, but does not turn or fly forward very fast at all. It is easy to fly, but very slow which was disappointing. Flying with the iPhone controller was sluggish. The iPhone controller was an exciting idea, but the overall experience leaves much to be desired. A standard IR controller provides much better response and controllability.
